Born and raised in Ketchikan, Jeff Carlin, is widely regarded as one of the area's top local pilots. Jeff has extensive knowledge of the area and how to read the weather for optimal view of certain areas in certain conditions. His knowledge and skills are often used by the Deparment of Interior, and the Department of Fish and Game.
